1. Any defective items can be returned for an exchange or a refund. Please contact your customer representative within 30 days of delivery and report the defective items and quantity with clear pictures. Upon approval, we will process your return within 7 business days. We will take care of any shipping costs that incur for the return process. Boxes must be in good condition, unless it was reported that it was damaged during transit.
2. Incorrectly shipped items and or mistakes in quantities can also be returned for an exchange or a refund. Please contact your customer representative immediately. We will process the return/exchange and take care of any shipping costs that incur.
3. For stock products, to be eligible for a return for any reason other than stated above, the items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The items also must be in the original packaging, and we must be notified of the return within 7 days of delivery date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items in this case. Shipping costs from original order are nonrefundable.
4. Custom Products: No returns permitted for custom products, unless found defective. If custom products are found to have defects, please contact your customer representative within 30 days of delivery and report the defective items and quantity with clear pictures of the bags & its cartons it was packed in to start the return process. Boxes must be in good condition, unless it was reported that it was damaged during transit.
